Our rescue service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and responds to jobs through direct links with motoring organisations and the local police or by a simple telephone call to 01730 812162.

All vehicles, except the service vans and motorcycle, are equipped with winches compatible to the vehicle and Safe Working Loads and carry equipment as designated by police contract specifications.

Except for the motorcycle, satellite navigation equipment is fitted in our recovery vehicles together with in-cab computer terminals synchronized with control room information.

If necessary, our entire fleet of Rescue and Recovery vehicles can be simultaneously employed on incidents over a wide area, with control room staff aware of the status and location of every job.
